Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Qualification required:
- Higher Secondary Level Completed (+2)/ (intermediate)
- One Year of Work Experience
Responsibilities:
Your responsibility will be as below but not limited to:
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with Norvic’s services.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, primarily Answering phone calls and booking appointments
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues/other departments as necessary.
