Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Qualification required:

  • Higher Secondary Level Completed (+2)/ (intermediate)
  • One Year of Work Experience


Your responsibility will be as below but not limited to:

  • Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with Norvic’s services.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, primarily Answering phone calls and booking appointments
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues/other departments as necessary.
