Basic Information:

Position: Manager – Sales
Business Unit/Division: Probiotech Industries Limited / Cattle (Fish Feed)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 5 to 6 years in cattle & fish feed sales
Location: Kathmandu

Principal Accountabilities:

  •  Plan, Organize, handle the Sales Team within the framework of Sales Policy at Nimbus
  • To achieve the target of fiscal year
  • Review the actual sales with the target sales each month in nation wise
  • Ensure Customer Service and timely dispatch
  • Working for image building of the company
  • Supervise overall area of Regional and area sales manager
  • Monitoring the competitor’s activities in market
  • Undertake any other duties within reasonable limits, as requested by supervisors.

Knowledge/ Skills:

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to persuade the vendors/ Dealers
  • Presentation Skills/ Negotiation skills
  • Understanding of business environment and emerging trends in the industry
  • Knowledge of related soft ware
  • Bike license
