Designation: Assistant Manager
Department: Sales – Poultry Feed
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s in Management/Agriculture
Experience: At least 2-3 years in Sales of Feed Sector
Location: Kohalpur
Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the sales of the Poultry Feed (Shakti) Segment in the assigned areas.
- Ensure the Sales Achievement of the assigned area as per the target.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company objectives.
- Review the actual sales with the target sales each month in the respective area.
- Ensure constant coordination with the respective poultry farms as well as farmers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including poultry farmers, distributors, and retailers.
- Coordinate with the customer service department and ensure better Customer Service.
- Ensure the timely dispatch of the orders.
- Ensure transactions with the assigned parties are carried out as per the Credit Control Policy of the company.
