Designation: Area Sales Manager
Department: Sales – NKK
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s in agriculture and veterinary science
Experience: At least 2-3 years in Sales
Location: Dang

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Organizing, and executing the plan in the assigned area within the framework of the Sales Policy at Nimbus
  • Contribute to sales growth as guided by Area Sales Plan
  • Sales supervision, business distribution and network expansion
  • Contribute to achieving Gross Profit NKK Target
  • Feasibility study for new business addition and portfolio strengthening
  • Maintain Sales Volume in assigned areas by tracking changing trends in the market, economic indicators, competitors, and supply & demand
  • Assessment of dealer’s and sub-dealer’s capacity, commitment, and performance
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networking, etc
    Initiate and execute the product promotion plan
  • Field demo, commercial trial, and farmer meet for product and market development
  • Ensure a healthy business environment and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and other potential customers.
