Basic Information:

Position: Officer
Division: Purchase & Logistics
Location: Birgunj, Parsa
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: At least one year of experience in Accounts

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the preparation of all the reports in Purchase & Logistics department.
  • Maintain purchase documents, files and records
  • Search & Compare suppliers, goods and services
  • Verify requisition with current stocks
  • Issue purchase order and verify delivered item
  • Coordinate with logistics team for the custom clearance and transport
  • Responsible for local petty purchase
  • Other duties as assigned by management
