Position: Customer Service Representative (Application Support)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field
Experience: 1+ years of experience in relevant field (Hospitality Industry application preferred)
Location: Balkumari, Lalitpur

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Level 1 support with direct inbound calls.
- Task escalation to Level 2 if required.
- Basic windows user creation and networking terminals issue fix.
- Create Task based on every customer’s query through email/SMS with the proper problem title.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.
- Develop diagnostic skills with a solution in mind.
- Actively participate in the training (Tech and non-tech) to develop the learning.
- Working in a team environment.
- High level of responsibility and excellent career possibilities.
