Position: Customer Service Representative (Application Support)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field

Experience: 1+ years of experience in relevant field (Hospitality Industry application preferred)

Location: Balkumari, Lalitpur

Salary: Negotiable

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Level 1 support with direct inbound calls.
  • Task escalation to Level 2 if required.
  • Basic windows user creation and networking terminals issue fix.
  • Create Task based on every customer’s query through email/SMS with the proper problem title.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.
  • Develop diagnostic skills with a solution in mind.
  • Actively participate in the training (Tech and non-tech) to develop the learning.
