Position Summary: Steering sales operations to new heights and spearhead strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth across the national market. Core responsibilities will encompass devising and executing sales strategies, fostering key relationships, and ensuring the consistent achievement of sales targets.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  •  Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential challenges.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performance sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team and individual performance.

3. Relationship Building:

  •  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the distribution network and ensure optimal market coverage.

4. Sales Performance Monitoring:

  • Regularly evaluate sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to the executive team, highlighting achievements and areas for enhancement.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals.
  •  Provide valuable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Job Specifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  •  Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the automobile industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive market, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
