Officer Level – Few (Branch Management)

Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on last date of vacancy
Qualification and Experience: Master’s degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 4 years’ experience in banking sector and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking sector.
Selection Process: Interview
Job Location: Outside valley

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Should be acquainted with sales, credit and operations functions along with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities.
  • Should possess excellent business communication, critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Should possess strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the branch.
  • Should have enthusiasm and commitment to fulfill the branch business and targets.

Sr. Assistant/Supervisor – Few (Credit Department)

Age: Not exceeding 30 years as on last date of vacancy.
Qualification and Experience: Master’s degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking sector and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking sector.
Selection Process: Interview
Job Location: Outside valley

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Should be acquainted with credit and operations functions along with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities and excellent knowledge of required unit.
  • Should possess strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the required unit.
  • Should possess excellent business communication, critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have the ability to work under pressure.

Junior Assistant Trainee – Few

Age: Not exceeding 30 years as on last date of vacancy
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University.
Selection Process: Interview or written examination and interview
Job Location: Outside valley

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Candidates having driving license will be an added advantage
  • Should possess excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have the ability to work under pressure
  • Should be computer literate with working knowledge of office applications

Messenger – Few

Selection Process: Interview
Job Location: Outside valley
Qualification: SLC or equivalent

Other Requirement:

  • Candidates having driving license will be an added advantage
  • Priority shall be given to local candidate
