Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Kathmandu, with frequent visit to the factory & travel to different cities in Nepal
Required Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent
Experience: 8+ years in related field
As the CEO of Maruti Cements, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the organization. You will lead a dynamic team, foster a culture of innovation, and uphold our commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
CEO Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans, aligning with stakeholders’ expectations and financial objectives.
- Manage finances, optimize profits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee manufacturing processes, improving product quality.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to enhance skills.
- Devise and implement sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
- Enforce policies across departments.
- Cultivate relationship with key stakeholders.
- Implement innovative technologies to boost efficiency.
- Mitigate risks to operations and reputation.
- Provide regular updates to the board and transparent communication with shareholders.
- Represent the company positively in interactions with the community.
