Dispatch Manager
Detailed Job description:
- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service.
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery time, transport costs and efficiency.
- Run a team of logistics employees to administer logistics for domestic/international clients, handling their import and export activities.
- Direct all shipments and inventory control procedures for warehouse.
- Realize in cost savings per year through import/export clearance and related tariff classification for shipment.
- Directing optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
- Meet cost, productivity and accuracy and timeliness targets.
