Senior Accountant
Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated finance and account professional who has expertise in Factory and Manufacturing Accounting. The ideal candidate would be working directly with the stakeholders and actively providing insights.
Role and Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for overall Accounting Functions at Plant and Head Office.
- Ensure high quality and accuracy in accounting.
- Ensure all month-end accounting tasks are delivered as per targets and with precise quality expected by management.
- Should have a good working knowledge of VAT and TDS and other compliances related to accounts.
- Ensure that all accounting reconciliations are done as per targets and actions taken within the stipulated time frame.
- Would be responsible to perform Variances analysis in Manufacturing.
- Ensure that external and internal audits are done smoothly.
- Ensure and enhance controls in Accounting and TDS at the Plant level
- Assist the Director and other Top Management to deliver various tasks as may be needed from time to time
Qualifications & Experience:
Functional: Sound knowledge of accounting on the manufacturing side along with other regular aspects concerning Manufacturing Accounting, Purchasing Accounting.
IT Skills: Ability to work with Tally and ERP systems, good skill level in MS Excel.
Other Skills and Attitudes: should be a Team worker, a problem solver, process driven, task-oriented, have an analytical mind, Self-starter.
Requirement:
Experience: 10 Years
Qualification: Bachelor or Masters Completed
