Job Description

  •  Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Managing the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and packages.
  • Managing appointments and scheduling meetings.
  •  Providing basic information to visitors, clients, and staff.
  •  Assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Handling inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.

Job Specification

  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  High school or Bachelors degree with Previous experience in a similar role may be preferred
