Job Description
- Research and analyze laws, case laws, and practices and draft opinions accordingly
- Draft and review documents, contracts, or opinions as per the requirement
- Liaison before governmental authorities
- Assist Legal Head & Senior Legal Associate on various legal requirements of the company
- Maintain proper documentation of legal documents
- Coordinate with various stakeholders on legal issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in BA-LLB / BBM-LLB / BBA-LLB
- Good knowledge of legal requirements (Contract/ Agreements and procedures)
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal / Written)
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
- Good Documentation skills of legal documents
