SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead overall sales operation of ISP and Telecom business.
- Led team for day-to-day activities and made sure of smooth sales operations.
- Closely work with the immediate head in terms of operation, planning and execution.
- Develop and Implement sales plan and meet monthly ISP and telecom sales targets.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
- Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshooting requests.
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and business partners.
- Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.
- Analyzing competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 4 years experience in a Supervisory position.
- A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work outside the valley as per requirement.
- Proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.
- Working Knowledge of sales, admin and finance in an ISP and telecom service will be an added advantage.
- Mature, self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
- Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
- Own vehicle and driving license.
