Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Nutrition, Climate change, Livelihood and WASH since 2005 in Lumbini and Karnali Provinces of Nepal. KIDS would like to invite application for its “Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Program in Kapilvastu, Arghakhanchi, Pyuthan, Rolpa and Rukum (East) from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following positions:
Program Associates
Required number: 1
Duty Station: KIDS Cluster office, Butwal with frequently visit to program areas.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Studies/ commerce with at least 2 years working experience in NGO.
- Skills on MS Office and FAMAS accounting software.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and taxation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall project accounting system.
- Preparation of quality financial reports and timely submission.
- Manage the overall project administrative activities.
- Logistic management for the project.
- Support on different types of audit function.
- Ensure financial compliances in line with KIDS policy.
- Support to manage program /project events.
