Position Summary
As a SAP Junior Officer, the role lies in providing essential support in the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems. The role involves troubleshooting issues, managing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of SAP modules.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
Job Responsibilities:
1. System Support:
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP modules, addressing user issues and inquiries promptly.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to SAP applications.
2. Data Management:
- Maintain and update data in SAP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in data migration and integration activities as required.
3. Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
4. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Work closely with senior SAP professionals to implement system changes and enhancements.
5. Testing:
- Participate in the testing of SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Document and report any issues identified during testing and collaborate with the team to address them.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about SAP best practices and new features to enhance system efficiency.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ERP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with SAP implementation or support is a plus.
- SAP certification is a strong asset.
