Job Description

• Research and analyze laws, case laws, and practices and draft opinions accordingly
• Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that could affect the Company
• Draft various legal documents, contracts, or opinions as per the requirement
• Co-ordinate with relevant government agencies and other institutions on behalf of the Company as required
• Assist Legal Head & Senior Legal Associate with various legal and regulatory requirements of the company
• Perform any other legal service as required by the company

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Law from any reputed institution
• At least 1 year of experience working in the related legal field
• Ability to function and prioritize effectively when presented with tight deadlines
• Excellent presentation and data analysis skills
