Job Requirements
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in the proper functioning of the workshop.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, handle critical customer complaints
- Maintain agreed CSI and constantly monitor and analysis of CSI and formulate an action plan for effective implementation for improvement
- Ensure timely & quality service at the workshop.
Required Competencies:
- Diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering
- Priority will be given to candidates with prior experience in customer service.
- Sound technical knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- A valid two wheeler driving license is a must
