Janakpur Agro Farm Limited, upcoming large scale commercial layers poultry farm in Nepal established for producing and supplying high quality eggs adopting fully automated, environmental controlled battery cage system of commercial layers farm at Dhanushadham-9, Dhanusha invites application from highly competent and performance oriented professional for the post of Plant/Production Manager.
Position: Plant/Production Manager

Job Location: Dhanushadham, Dhanusha
Academic Qualification: B.Sc. Ag (additional M.Sc. Agricultural Chemistry preferable)
Experience: 5 Years in Similar Field
Requirements:
- Candidate shall have proven basic knowledge/training on poultry management & nourishing.
- Candidate shall have basic knowledge/training on Hy-Line breeder layer.
- Candidate shall have complete technical knowledge on operating the battery cage system designed for commercial layers.
- Candidate shall have basic knowledge for the optimum production with optimal input of the resources.
Job responsibilities:
- Tracking the overall operational performance, diagnose adverse plant conditions, malfunctions, identify trends, compare performance against benchmark data and provide technical and operational solutions
- Managing the overall efficient production related activities of Poultry Farm
- Monitoring flock health status, implement vaccination and medication program with proper consultation
- Collecting and maintaining plant operating data and records
- Monitoring and supervision of flock management & shed activities, disinfecting, preparation for flock placement, & shed records.
- Investigation of mechanical problems and recommending the appropriate solution
- Proper managing of bio-security hazards
- Proper monitoring and reporting the daily information of Farm
- Completing all the reporting requirement
- Managing and overcoming the adverse condition of poultry farm
