Position Summary
Sales Trainer are advised to do training about new product, selling techniques, Follow-up promoter for sales, check effectiveness of training and other sales & motivation related training to promoters. And manage sales staff to ensure high productivity, check stock and inform related person department to fulfill the need. Also keep the data and inform to supervisors about Product comparison, Competitor’s price, variant, launch and scheme policies.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and develop training support materials handouts, worksheet, and presentation for training courses.
- Identify and assess future and current training needs.
- Sales Tracking of all the Promoters as well as Market Visits to motivate promoters, help them on sales.
- Make promoter scheme policy, target setup and inform to promoters.
- Work closely with promoter and sales team for sales promotion.
- Check promoter attendance, grooming, reports, promoter outlets experience table management and help them to manage all of those things.
- Any and all problems that may occurs in any case related to the training and retail, which includes planning, execution or coordination either by oneself or with the help of colleagues and supervisors
- Recruiting & Managing overall promoters
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Education: Bachelors/ Masters Degree
- Experience : 3 to 5 years + as Sales / Trainer
- Excellent knowledge of Mobile Industry of Nepal
- Creative Training & Leadership Skill
