SEO Specialist / Project Manager

We are currently looking for a driven and energetic SEO Specialist / Project Manager that is highly creative and is keen on a hands-on and fast-paced role.

About you

• 2+ years of experience in managing digital marketing, SEO, and website development projects.
• 2+ years of experience in SEO within B2C and B2B environments.
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Proven SEM experience, including managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc)
• Experience with eCommerce website development and management (WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, etc)
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong Knowledge of digital marketing (including developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies for various business types, Ad Campaigning).
• Experience in content writing (blogs, email templates, email newsletters, website content, copywriting, etc)
• Understanding of CRM tools, project management tools, emails, and administration.

• Thinks creatively to develop new ideas for work-related problems.
• Highly organized, responsive, have a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize workloads, and recognize where there is a need to involve others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn new and emerging tools/technologies.

Role responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute SEO/SEM projects.
• Keyword research to identify keyword opportunities, and execution of gap analysis.
• Ensure a healthy backlink profile by securing new backlinks and actioning on toxic backlinks.
• Develop and maintain SEO strategies.
• Monitoring and reporting through key SEO tools, including SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz & Google Search Console.
• Conduct audit and resolve of error pages, collaborate with internal team to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Optimise new and existing copy and content to comply with best SEO practices.
• Implement SEO improvements to website development, architecture, and links.
• Develop and execute link-building strategy.
• Identify new and creative growth strategies, SEO trends and optimize performance based on the insights.

• CRM management (data entry, reporting, calendar events management, email correspondences, notifications, and all other tasks related to CRM).
• Content writing (blogs, brochure templates, email templates, email newsletters, website content, copywriting, etc)
Project Management
• Management of digital marketing and website development projects (Project requirements, scope, proposal, planning, execution, and closure)
• Team management – Prioritise workloads/tasks for the technical team; keeping in mind team members will be involved in multiple projects.
• Provide support and guidance to the technical team.
• Evaluate deliverables from the technical team and provide feedback where necessary.
• Track project progress and communicate reports to clients where applicable.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects in a timely and cost-effective manner that meets customer requirements.
• Admin tasks for organizational workflow.
