Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.Prepare financial reports, statements, and projections for management and stakeholders.
  • Budget Management:Oversee the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
    Ensure effective cost management and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
    Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.Manage audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Cash Flow Management:Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and liquidity.Optimize cash management practices and investment strategies.Forecast cash requirements and identify funding sources.
  • Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.
  • Risk Management:Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.Ensure proper insurance coverage and risk management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with at least 3 years in finance management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
    Proficiency in financial software like Tally & Swastik and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
