Position: Service Quality Assurance Specialist

No. of Person required: 1

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the quality assurance management plan and evaluating Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
  • Run test to check on the functionality of a process and analyze whether it is running according to the required specifications.
  • Do quality checks using focus groups, interviews or surveys.
  • Testing and implementing quality improvement processes.
  • Supervising Quality Service Technicians and Conducting QA training.
  • Documenting defects and promoting quality improvement.


  • Bachelors in Engineering/ Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in telecom field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation & team working skills.
  • Need to be team player with great attitude of being initiative and always willing to take challenges.
  • Good proficiency in English language both spoken & written. Ability to speak and write Chinese language will be an added advantage
