Core Network Engineer (Expert)
No. of Person required: 1
Job Responsibilities:
- Engineering support for commissioning, Integration and System Acceptance Testing Networks PS Core Network elements. Conduct background in IP/ Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, LAN/WAN network architecture.
- Communicate with the customers, response to them on time and solve the issues on time by search product document or search help to TAC/R & D.
- Assess L2/L3 IP test plans, tunnel, QOS and acceptance criteria for network designs.
- Understand changes in process and follow, changes in any network needed to be controlled 100%.
- Continue to develop technical and professional expertise through formal learning and experience on the diverse components of the overall solution.
- Grasp Core Network design, functionality and operation.
- Create capacity planning standards and guidelines for network’s continues expansion.
- Support network and space development, system acceptance test criteria and performance applications.
- Handle onsite survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of GSM/CDMA equipment.
- Extend technical support to customers through remote and on-site troubleshooting.
- Communicate and coordinate with Head Office as and when required.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- In depth understanding of global telecom industry with sound knowledge and expertise in core network equipment’s.
- Should be a team player and have strong interpersonal capability & leadership skill.
- Good proficiency in English language both spoken & written. Ability to read, write and speak Chinese language is preferred.
Wireless Engineer (Expert)
No. of Person required: 1
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver the wireless products from a product field and ensure the product installation, supervision and commissioning.
- Ensure delivery quality, progress, smooth operation and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to customer on network architecture and projects transformation.
- Address tricky service problems in the respective product field, and lead the resolution of key problems.
- Deliver advanced courses for the product field, ensure that the serviceability measures can be adopted, and optimize delivery modes.
- Responsible for capacity planning, GSM frequency planning and frequency hopping by applying carrier/ interference (C/I) ratio analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in wireless product and solution field
- In depth understanding of global telecom industry as well as wireless products, solutions and services.
- Should have good communication skills, ability to work in team, proactive and result oriented.
- Self-motivated, result oriented and a team player with good communications skills and attitude.
Project Analyst (Manager)
No. of Person required: 1
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle delivery projects with profound knowledge about project management.
- Set budgets for projects and take responsibility for profits and losses of the respective project.
- Correctly assign project tasks among the project team. Make the project team understand the SOW, make feasible plans to coordinate with related department to fulfill the service.
- Provide support and guide junior managers/team leaders to ensure project is delivered within stipulated timeline and budget. Successfully help the project team to overcome difficulties and keep the project operation on the right track.
- Take an active part in exploring opportunities and provide solutions at the pre-sales stage.
- Manage project risks and potential issues and meet contractual requirements by integrating project plans and coordinating resources. Ensure the compliance of relevant regulations of Customers and Huawei.
- Communicate & Coordinate with Head Office as and when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with good knowledge of Project Management.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in related field.
- Should be a team player with a great attitude of being initiative
- In depth understanding of global telecom industry.
- Should have strong interpersonal capability & leadership skill.
- Good Proficiency in English Language (reading, writing and speaking)
Contract and Commercial Fulfillment Specialist
No. of Person required: 1
Job Responsibilities:
- Research the industry benchmarks, guide and review business development by following the best practices in the industry.
- Grasp the industry trends and customer needs and lead the approach to the establishment and architecture design of the authorization, standard and quality management system.
- Lead the design, optimization and applications of contract commercial solutions for specific difficult topics.
- Lead the development of comprehensive negotiation strategies.
- Responsible for various aspects of contract management as such contract review, follow up, track with amendments, monitor the production and logistic process.
- Organize & monitor requirement analysis, overall solution & strategy, project cost, risks control and pricing strategy to make proper contracts.
- Coordinate with project team members and hold contract and commercial training as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of telecommunication handling similar job role.
- Design, optimization and applications of contract commercial solutions for projects.
- Learning forwardly, active and able to work under high pressure.
- Good presentation, collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Proficiency in English Language (reading, writing and speaking), proficiency in Chinese language would be and added advantage.
