Trial Race Director

Hidden Trial Adventure Pvt. Ltd. (the “Company”) is a company, which is located at Kathmandu, which carries out The Tourism Service i.e. Travel and trekking. The company is seeking an experienced Trial Race Director who has a prior experience at Trial Race in Nepal.

Trial Race Director

• The ideal candidate shall be effectively involved in all the races in various Himalayan part of Nepal which the company operates.
• The ideal applicant shall have the ability to translate the strategies into actions and must demonstrate an experience of handling the top Trial Race.
• The ideal applicant must be able to commit for a long-term period to be renewed annuallu.
• The ideal applicant must also be collaborative, cooperative and enthusiastic about training their subordinates through an integrated and motivational approach.

Qualification Required for the Job:

• Academic qualification: Passes High School

Experience required

• Past Experience of working in a Trial Race especially at Nepal and other countries.
• Ability to work under pressure and take quick decision in critical situation.
• Ability to adopt problem-solving and solution oriented approach in their dealings with skills.
• Encouraging Leadership skills with ability to lead, guide, inspire, motivate, mentor, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Willingness to travel on a short notice.
