Job Description
The Head of Campaign Operations will oversee and manage two sub-departments within the Campaign Operations team. The primary focus will be to drive organizational objectives and key results. Key performance indicators include platform and campaign traffic generation, engagement, product penetration, sales, orders, buyers, profitability and retention(Not limited to these KPIs). Additionally, the Head of Campaign Operations will be responsible for developing and improving work processes to enhance team efficiency and autonomy. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to plan and optimize campaigns using relevant metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Onsite and Merchandising teams and responsible for individual growth and development for team members
  • Develop and support merchandising and onsite strategies to achieve campaign objectives, identify bottlenecks, and assist teams in resolving issues at both business and individual levels
  • Manage end-to-end project execution for all campaigns and collaborate closely on PMO creation
  • Lead the improvement of campaign performance by implementing KPI-driven strategies in consultation with stakeholders
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Commercial, Marketplace, Marketing, and S&P teams for campaign initiatives and projects
  • Focus on user behavior, conversion and retention rates to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Devise campaign performance reports and develop action plans to maximize performance and results
  • Work directly with the Regional Head of Campaign Operations to align regional strategies with local teams
  • Provide support and assistance to the Mega Campaign team, contributing to Mega Campaign execution and strategy
  • Ensure equal opportunities for all industries (Fashion, Electronics, Lifestyle, FMCG) in campaigns based on company objectives
  • Optimize campaigns based on results and achieve category targets
  • Foster innovation through AB testing and demonstrate results to facilitate continuous learning and innovation

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business
  • At-least 3 to 4 years of work experience in related field
  • Tech-Savy with the ability to contribute new concepts and ideas to key discussions
  • Data-driven mindset, proficient in analyzing traffic behavior, and skilled in creating and optimizing campaigns accordingly for optimal results
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong people management, conflict resolution, leadership, and decision-making abilities
