Head of Business Support (INT9848)

Level: C2
Duration: Fixed term contract until 31 March 2024, with possibility of extension
Location: Kathmandu

The Role:

The position ensures the effective and compliant management of budgets, financial transactions, logistics, assets, and IT.

What we are looking for:

The position is lead of the Business Support team which leads on ensuring that financial resources, supply chains and asset management and IT are in accordance with rules and procedures and support projects and partners to deliver

  • At least Master’s degree in Business Administration, or any relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a finance and logistics management role within an INGO setting or similar
  • Sound understanding of working in partnership and demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with civil society partners
  • Demonstrated experience of capacity building
  • Sound understanding of institutional donors and previous experience in producing high quality donor reports
  • Experience in managing budgets of up to 10M GBP
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali
