Academic Qualification: BBA/MBA in Related Field
Experience: 4/5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software.
Brief Job description:
- Maintains & enhances the Organizations human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee’s relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Handling legal and ethical HR issues
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
