1. FACTORY MANAGER [SIDDHIVINAYAK OIL P. LTD.] – 1 POSITION

Work Station: Sukrauli, Ramgram (Factory Premise), Nawalparasi
Accommodation: At Factory Premise

Job Descriptions:

  • Must have through knowledge on project execution / plant commissioning of Edible Oil Plants
  • Overall management of Oil Factory/Plant handling planning, scheduling of both equipment and manpower under prescribed manufacturing & production process including shift changes in tandem with all related Staffs from all relevant Departments, monitoring and coordination for troubleshooting during/after operation of plants whenever required, maintenance management of all equipment on time, efficient & proficient use of Manpower, Equipment and Materials at optimum level considering operational budget within limit, estimate/control cost parameters
  • Forecasting requirements of raw materials, consumables and critical spares for plant operations
  • Reviewing and Planning Preventive Maintenance Schedule based on Breakdown trends, productivity Improvement, Safety Requirements, tracking and solving/improving Final Products related issues brought from customers
  • Lead performance management of all plant employees, identify and address areas of needed training, coaching and guidance coordinating with HR, Technical Teams and the Management
  • Management of optimum uses of all raw materials, semi-finished goods during production process of finished Final Oil Products maintaining quality as per NS Standards, quantity as per Management’s instruction complying production Targets with all the Company’s Norms & Policies with Low Cost and Maximum Quality Outputs
  • Overall supervision of Production control, Stock Control, Filling of Oils, Packaging Management, timely & effective Logistics/Transport/Dispatch(Supply Chain Management)and all other related issues in the Oil Factory/Plant
  • Strict record keeping & Inventory management of all Documents, Standards related to supply of Raw Materials, Lab Test Results, suppliers/vendors details including of all chemicals/daily consumable goods/materials/machineries/tools/spare-parts/semi-finished goods/Final Products, disposal/re-cycling of waste materials as per Environmental Guidelines& adhering to maximum Safety Protocol, noting and controlling expiry dates, faulty/damaged products and all other remedial works related with Management of Edible Oil Production in the Factory as per instruction by the Management
  • Regular and Timely generation of MIS and other related Reports to the Management on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis

Experience: 5 Years’ experiences in overall Management of Edible Oil Factories/Plants
Qualification: BBA or MBA Degree preferably with Technical/Engineering background
Salary: Negotiable


2. FACTORY MANAGER [SIDDHIVINAYAK STEELSP. LTD.] – 1 POSITION

Work Station: Sukrauli, Ramgram (Factory Premise), Nawalparasi
Accommodation: At Factory Premise

Job Descriptions:

  • Must have through knowledge on project execution/plant commissioning of Steel Plant/Factories

4. SALES OFFICER [SIDDHIVINAYAK OILSP. LTD.] – 1 POSITION

Work Station: Corporate Office -Naxal, Kathmandu

Job Descriptions:

  • Target oriented Sales & Marketing of various Edible Oil Products (Sunflower, Soya-bean, Palm-olein) in the Market throughout Nepal manufactured with different brands under Siddhivinayak OilsnP. Ltd.
  • Make, set terms, define territory, motivate, and manage Distributors, Dealers, and Wholesalers for various edible Oil products, create new customers/dealers, follow up critical parties, handling after sales services and keeping good customer relationships in the Market
  • Tally statements, follow up for Payment collections in terms of BG, Cheque (ODC/PDC), Cash etc. only without any Blank Credits Sales Transactions
  • Promote Oil Products in the Market under strict Policy Bound Method as per Company’s Policy
  • Balance Confirmation of all client parties compulsorily for all Sales Transactions
  • Analyze competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, market position, market coverage, price fluctuations etc. in order to generate optimum revenue for the company
  • To achieve Monthly and Annual Sales and Payment collection Targets
  • To ensure optimum customer satisfaction with constant Sales to all existing and new customers
  • Perform all other Sales/Marketing related works of Edible Oil Products as per instruction

Experience: 2 to5 Years’ experiences in Sales/Marketing of Edible Oil Products in Nepalese Market
Qualification: 10+2 or Bachelor Degree in Business/ Marketing Management
Salary: Negotiable
