Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall business and technical operation of the region except otherwise stated.
- Responsible for Market Share/Growth/ Revenue.
- Responsible for profitability.
- Responsible for culture and human capacity growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in IT/Engineering or relevant subject in a similar core business.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- 5-7 years of handling P&L responsibility of a sizeable business unit.
- Horizontal experience in different departments and verticals will be added advantage.
- Proficient in both English and Nepal including spoken and writing.
- Unblemished track record in achieving targets.
