In order to streamline and make our strong presence in the Digital Market with promotions of our various Medicines, Medical & Equipment Products, Consumable Items & Services in Dentistry to wider clients Online throughout Nepal, we are looking for highly enthusiastic, experienced and competitive candidates for positions as Online Customer Support Executive (Dental Hygiene).



  • Engage in day-to-day promotions, customer support through E-Commerce/Digital Marketing Management Platform for various Dental Products Online. Executing day to day operation, strategic business development, generate client base & maintaining client relationship, create, maintain and update client data, price catalogues, product displays, online payment management, help in content creation, create, follow-through and maintain online control mechanisms on ageing limits, as per instruction by E-Commerce Manager and the Management.
  • Promotion & marketing of various medicines/equipment/accessories/consumable items & services related to Dentistry in Online Business Platforms,
  • Provide complete Online Business Solution to clients as per requirements and follow through, grievance handling and coordinate with the Management to solve the problems on priority basis.
  • Promote digital marketing and email marketing campaigns, development of website banners, and help in social content developing, search engine optimization, making Online Catalogue, pricing products, developing various promotional strategies,
  • Handling logistics, addressing customer complaints and resolving these, day-to-day supervision of Sales & Marketing, Service Team Members including coordinating with Store Department,
  • Make arrangement for digital order processing, online payments through various existing platforms,
  • Preparing, analyzing and reporting Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Sales/Service Reports,
  • Keep tag on Payments/Ageing Limits/Payment Recovery or any other issues with Clients along with Staff Members including all other E-Commerce Management related works as per the instruction and in coordinating with the Management Team Members.

Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Dental Hygienic Course

Experience: Minimum 1-2 Yrs. experiences Customer Support Services Digitally in Online Platform in Nepal – preferably in the Sector of Medicines, Medical Equipment & Service related Online Businesses

Salary: Negotiable depending upon candidate’s experience


  • To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products (Medicines, Equipment & consumable items/accessories) related to Dentistry (Endodontics & Conservative, Prosthodontics, Implantology, Pedodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Dental Radiology, Dental Laboratory, Dental Disposals, Instrument, Dental Surgery, Oral Surgery & Cosmetics Dentistry) to Government / Private / Non-Government /Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts / Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc (Medicines, equipment & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal,
  • Assess client requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances,
  • Forwarding any service related issues to service department,
  • Controlling ageing limits, balance confirmation
  • Relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels,
  • Be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes,
  • Day-to-day client/Dental Clinics/Dental Hospitals visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Heads,
  • Conduct weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads & the Management.

Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor/Masters Degree in Dentistry or BBA/MBA

Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. experiences as Sales Officer/Managers in Medicines, Equipment & consumable items/accessories related to Dentistry (Endodontics & Conservative, Prosthodontics, Implantology, Pedodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Dental Radiology, Dental Laboratory, Instrument, Dental Surgery, Oral Surgery & Cosmetics Dentistry)

Salary: Negotiable depending upon candidate’s experience
