Position: Marketing Officer

Location: Kathmandu
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, presenting findings to management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
