Fire and Ice restaurant Pvt. Ltd. is seeking the qualified persons for the following positions to meet the needs in expansion of business and its wide range marketing:
a) Operations and Expansion Manager
Job Summary
The primary focus of this role will be to lead and develop our teams across multiple branches; highlighting key areas for improvement and implementing solutions and training plans where required. Other key areas of the role will be software implementation & rollouts, creating further expansion plans and overseeing general operations.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Education: Educated to A Level or equivalent
- At least 7 years proven experience in HR Coordination/Management
- Demonstrable experience growing or expanding businesses
General Requirements
- Proven experience managing teams of staff
- Candidate shall be competent to work for managing foreign guests based reputed restaurant
- Should have knowledge on oversee the day-to-day operations, deployments, monitoring the administration and internal operations in the restaurant.
- Should be able to produce reports for key management when required
- Proven experience in recruiting, training and leading staff
- Software Consultancy & Implementation Experience
Other Specification
- Must have effective oral and written communication skills in English to a High Level
- Italian to a Basic Level
- Must have good analytical skills, decision-making ability & demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently for multi-task.
- Should have strong leadership ability with strategic management.
b) Business Promotion Officer
Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing the modern marketing in a wide range to meet the needs of main and expanded branches. This position is also responsible to develop the social media strategy and the digital marketing including creative photography to extend its marketing.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Minimum)
- At least 5 years experience or more in relevant position.
- Proven experience in Restaurant or Hotel industry
General Requirements
- Proven experience in Hotel and Restaurant social media/Digital Marketing & Promotional work
- Experience working with any kind of photography/digital editing software
- Should have experience creating and running marketing campaigns online/ social media
- Ability to communicate with our customers/audience online via reviews, social media, etc.
Other Specification
- Must have effective oral and written communication skills in English, Italian and Nepali.
Salary and Benefits Package: It will be in commensurate with the professional experience, qualification and the Company’s Regulation.
