MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning & Budgeting
- Assist in formulating the future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
- Develop financial strategies.
- Manage budgeting processes.
Operations
- Participate in critical decisions as a member of the management team.
- Manage the accounting, tax and compliances.
- Oversee the financial operations of the Enterprise Division.
- Oversee the transaction processing systems.
- Implement operational best practices.
- To oversee the billing, collections and credit control.
- Direct coordination with Regional Finance Officer and all branches for billing and collection.
- Reporting to CFO & Enterprise Head.
Risk Management
- Construct and monitor reliable control systems.
- Ensure that Enterprise complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
- Maintain relations with internal & external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.
Fund Management
- Monitor cash balances, depositions and cash forecasts of the Enterprise Division.
- Ensure weekly/monthly reconciliations (bank, wallet, swipe, cash in hand etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a CA (ICAI) or ACCA degree with 3+ years of progressively responsible experience. Should have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
- Owning a vehicle and driving license is highly preferred.
