Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a cement manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for leading and managing the HR department, including all aspects of employee relations, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, and safety and health.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR department, including all aspects of employee relations, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, and safety and health.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company’s strategic goals.
- Partner with senior management to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, unions, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints.
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
