Position: Executive Chef

Number of Vacancies: 1
Minimum Requirements:
Age: Below 50 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree or three years diploma in hotel management
Experience: Minimum 6-8 years’ work experience as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in larger operation and total 10-15 years of experience in culinary field in a similar hotel.
Knowledge/Abilities: Executive Chef will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of a high standards of culinary artistry in, quality of products and effective cost control are to be achieved through professional administrative skills, selection, training, supervision and development of staffs. Relevant knowledge in international cuisine as well as comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
