Position Summary
To operate the plant process and analysed the different parameters from different section of the plant and conduct all the preventive as well as daily maintenance of the machinery equipment in the ETP plant.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
- To Operate the ETP plant as a whole as per the requirement of company as well as government policy.
- To perform all the daily activities involved in the ETP like sampling, analysis of various parameters from different section/chamber, chemical Dosing, Lab Testing etc.
- To ensure the material / instrument safety installed in the different section of ETP plant.
- To conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance work in the ETP plant.
- To ensure proper functioning of pumps and flow rate at any time.
- To ensure the proper functioning of all the gauges installed in the plant.
- To ensure all the valves, pipelines are leakage proof.
- To maintain the 5S of the workspace in and out of lab/panel room.
- Documentation and record keeping of analysis like COD, BOD, TSS, VSS, Chemical dosing time and quantity.
- Ensure the machine safety as well as plant safety and minimize the risk hazard.
- Smooth operation and monitoring of sludge handling unit (Decanter Centrifuge).
- Individual responsible for his shift.
