Trainee Support Engineer

Job Description:
- Assist in the maintenance and improvement of our company’s infrastructure, including servers, databases, and networks.
- Collaborate with the software development team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of software products and updates.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the production environment, and escalate issues to the team as needed.
- Work with the DevOps team to design and implement disaster recovery and backup procedures.
- Attend training sessions and other educational opportunities to learn about DevOps tools and practices.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the IT field
- 1 year of relevant experience in the field
- Good knowledge of Linux environment, databases, networks
- Knowledge of tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, and DevOps tools
