MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and Implement sales plan and meet monthly sales target of the branch.
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshooting requests.
Meet operations/logistics targets of the branch to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services
Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to the branch’s customers, both at the field and those visiting the branch office.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Responsible for overall operations of the branch including sales, customer services, human resources and administration.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 4 years experience in a Supervisory position.
Must be willing to work outside the valley as per requirement.
Proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.
Working Knowledge of sales, admin and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage.
Mature, self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills.
Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
Own vehicle and driving license.
