The Role

The position should take the responsibility of all donor contract management working across entire contract management cycle, provide timely reporting to donor and ensure program team are well aware of the compliance committed with the donor.

What we are looking for

The position is under Program and partnership team and fully responsible to implement project on the ground contributing to country strategy and SDGs goal to create an impact as per the commitment made with the donors and to the communities.

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant degree.
  • At least three years’ experience in financial management, contract management and donor compliance.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to deliver to often tight deadlines; self-motivated and target-driven
  • Familiarity with log frame construction, calculation of beneficiary numbers, project budgeting principles and handling of basic statistics
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal (English)
  • Ability to analyse questions and collect appropriate information to respond
  • Good administrative and numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Highly developed interpersonal, influencing and relationship skills
  • Demonstrated organisational awareness and understanding of knowledge management
  • Ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint to intermediate level
  • Commitment to Oxfam’s mission and values
  • Some experience and / or knowledge in managing funds from institutional donors, and understanding of their rules and regulations (e.g. DFID, ECHO, OFDA, UN agencies, EU)
