Position Summary

To promote corporate core values and enable business success through conveying a company’s brand message as well as the appealing and useful information about the company products to the desired target audience. Responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence; improve our marketing, sales efforts.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

  • Collect, study and analyse market and behavioural trends to develop digital marketing strategies that meet the company/brand(s) objectives and goals
  • Develop and report key metrics/learnings based on analytics data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations with suitable measureable strategies
  • Analyse the effects of various online and offline marketing/advertising channels on each other and develop and implement innovative strategies for brand awareness, customer and sales growth
  • Analyse online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
  • Deliver regular reporting of data visualisations and social media/website performance analysis — to be communicated to colleagues, head of departments and senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Develop and formulate campaigns, ad targeting and lead generation initiatives that create opportunities to increase sales performance based on analysed metrics
  • Perform ROI analysis that evaluates efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
  • Execute SEO/SEM efforts to increase the company/brand(s) website and other digital platforms (e.g. conversation tracking)
  • Test, measure, analyse, and optimise the performance of search (i.e. Google, online advertising), social, content to display across conversion funnels to boost customer engagement and conversions, lower cost of customer acquisition, and increase customer life-time value (LTV)
  • Work closely with various departments/teams (i.e. sales, marketing, branding and promotions) through scheduling regularly meetings to go through reports and provide actionable insights
