QMS Head
Qualification: B. Pharm with Masters of Science in Operational Management with more than 18 years of work experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
Requirement: Must have experience as Quality Head – leading both QA & QC team, Responsible for all quality matters related to product. process, system & equipment at site and decision making for product release & rejection. Must have passed multiple audits.
R&D Head
Qualification: M.Pharm with Ph.D. in Pharmaceuticals Sciences with more than 18 years of work experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
Requirement: Must have filed a minimum of 6 patents and have a minimum of 8 scientific articles published in reputed journals. Responsible for Formulation and Development of oral solid, liquid and sterile formulations.
Engineering Head
Qualification: Masters in Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in related field.
Requirement: Knowledge of AutoCAD, latest construction techniques, HVAC system, water system, application on new construction materials and coordination with consultants and contractor is a must.
Candidates must have worked in leading Indian Pharmaceutical organizations to gain the required work experience. Along with above, all three candidates must have faced and passed stringent Regulatory audits such as:

- US FDA
- WHO-Geneva
- EU GMP
- ISO 14001 & ISO 9001
- CQA Audits
