Job Description

• Use MS excel extensively for the operations of the data where required
• Run Mass Uploads on system (Aligned with performance and operations teams’ status updates)
• Support Data operation and extraction using different data tools to compile, clean and analyze data to support transport team
•  Co-ordinate with Sort, Warehouse, First Mile and Cross border team to get the required data for handover and reporting
• Work closely with logistics partner to share handover data and packages on a daily basis and to ensure the details shared are precise
• Communicate with CS and Logistics partner over a given system to check the status of the pending packages and update to respective team
•  Compile and prepare daily packages assigned report and backlog report for the packages assigned to logistics partner

Requirements

• Preferred experience in CRM, or Operations
•  Strong interpersonal, research and analytic skills
•  Basic SQL knowledge would be a plus
• Relevant experience with a known organization
• Minimum intermediate degree
