About The Role:

As a Data Entry Support (1 year contract) you will work with a group of self-sustained people in a fast-paced environment. You will spend your first week in training in a fully supported learning environment. During this time, you will be fully trained in completing all end-to-end processes that are required for the smooth processing of loan applications for our partners in Australia. Your responsibility would be to liaise with the brokers’ support team, and other stakeholders for processing the home loan applications of our Australian clients. You will be required to order and track the valuation for the client’s property as well as complete all data entry tasks as per the business partner’s requirement.

Major Deliverables:

1. Efficiently input and validate data in CRM software and online platforms.
2. Facilitate property valuation and pricing requests for clients.
3. Coordinate and process home loan applications for partners in Australia.
4. Stay updated with industry changes and compliance requirements.
5. Actively participate in training programs and team discussions.
6. Liaise with brokers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.


Apply if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an internship or volunteer experience (preferred).
  • Attention to detail – as we are selling dreams and crunching with numbers, we must be extra precise and have an eagle eye for details.
  • Data Entry skill – it may sound like you simply input in the computer but it serves a larger purpose of preventing huge losses. You’ve just saved a day!
  • Sound verbal and written English communication – it is your samurai sword to understand your customer’s needs and mitigate errors.
  •  Solution-Oriented – as we work in a fast-paced environment with a small team, you should be able to work under less supervision.
  • Resilience and Consistency – everyone goes through bad experiences, just have the zeal to overcome them and develop your ability to recover.
  • Time Management ability – whoever has the secret recipe to master this skill, Loan processing Associate is your destination.

Work hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (non-negotiable) including a 1-hour lunch break
