Responsibilities
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals and adjust goal as needed
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout implement changes
- Tracking customer grievances
- Analyze changes necessary to keep our customer loyal and satisfied
- Draw up contracts coordinating with management team
- Prepare proposal, agreement for project
- Contacting current clients to arrange meeting
- Answering telephone calls responding to queries and replying to emails
Requirement
- Candidates should have complete Bachelor’s degree in BBA or related field and 1+ Years of experience
- Candidates should have Master’s Degree in MBA or related field.
