Content Creation and Social Media Handler

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a creative and strategic Content Creation and Social Media Manager to develop and execute our organization’s digital presence. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms and managing our social media accounts to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

  • Develop a content strategy aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics)
  • Write compelling copy for marketing materials, website, and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and optimized for each platform

2. Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Create and maintain a content calendar for regular posting
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely manner
  •  Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

3. Community Management:

  • Build and manage a loyal community of followers and customers
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and address concerns
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance
  • Prepare regular reports on content and social media performance
  •  Use data insights to inform and improve future strategies

5. Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies
  • Identify and evaluate new social media platforms and tools

6. Collaboration:

  •  Work closely with communication and program team to ensure content supports overall organization and project goals
  •  Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when necessary


  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in content creation and social media management
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of grammar and style
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and editing and management tools
  •  Experience with video editing is a plus

Work Environment:

Frequent travel may be required.
