Admin Officer (Female)


  1. Must have permanent and temporary address at Kathmandu
  2. Must have skills
  3. Must have 2-3 years as Administrative Officer experience

Job Profile:

  1. Organize and schedule appointments and internal and external meetings
  2. Cover the reception desk when required
  3. Check and maintain a filing system of employees record (KYC, PAN, SSF, Evaluation, CV, and other documents)
  4. Check for Kitchen roles and responsibilities, account expenses, monitor and handling the issues of kitchen depart, maintain of stock and procurement
  5. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies.
  6. Organize Hotel and travel booking and vehicle arrangements
  7. Take accurate minutes of meetings (Admin and others if required)
  8. Resolve administrative problems (problems with office equipment, employees grievance, housekeeping related, front desk related, IT related, etc)
  9. Maintain up-to-date company annual holiday, festivals, employee birthday and events records.
  10. Organize and handles Annual, Inhouse, outdoor event planning, professional development training program and other initiatives.
  11. Active on daily quotes and other posts of festivals.
  12. KM Sheet of employee checking.
  13. Monthly salary attendance sheet checking and update.
  14. Proceed for registration of employees PAN Card , RFID card.
  15. To bridge relations between management and employees by addressing different types of issues.
  16. To ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees and addressing the work performance of employees.
  17. To coordinate with Recruitment agencies, find and do the screening of Candidates requirement.
  18. Checking for the communication expenses of employees.
  19. Maintain the list of company assets and checking the supplies, servicing and maintenance.
  20. Maintain the office sitting areas , office area cleaning and overall management.
  21. Checking for the company policies, Evaluating and Implementation.
  22. Any other task and role assigned by management as per requirements.
