SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Nature of job: 3 years contractual
2. Should have own two wheeler
3. 2-3 years experience in relevant field
4. Must have permanent or temporary address at kathmandu/lalitpur
Job Profile :
- Coordinating with contractors and clients along with internal sub-contractor and labours.
- Must be familiar with AutoCAD and drawing software and should do actual site comparison as per projects
- Submitting internal site supervisor work schedules and daily/weekly progress reports.
- Preparing the material approval documents and timely ordering and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available in site. Also, ensuring the wastage of materials.
- Ensuring sites and Labour safety measures.
- Monitoring Site Check in/out of Labours and other workers.
- Providing technical advice and training to labour.
- Handling and supervising multiple sites/project at a time.
- Attending weekly meeting with contractor and site supervisor as per work schedules.
