CIWEC Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Pokhara is looking for a qualified professional to fill in the following senior position:
Position:
Hospital Administrator to oversee the entire operations of the hospital located at Manasarovar Path, Lake Side, Pokhara
Qualification and Experience:
Academic Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Hospital Management or Business Management or Hospitality Management
Experience: 5 years experience in the Health Sector or Banking Sector or in the Hospitality Sector at a Senior Level.
Key Attributes:
- Communication skills- Articulate and effective with fluency in both spoken and written Nepali and English. Additional language like German, French, Japanese, Chinese would be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge in Finance, Business and overall knowledge of the operating environment, market conditions and regulatory guidelines
- Good knowledge of MS-Office package
- Team Work- A self starter who can motivate, manage and lead a wide and diverse team of internal and external stake holders
- Compassionate and empathetic to the needs of the patients and other stakeholders
