Qualifications/Skills
A Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Food Tech or a similar field with minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Quality Control and management, ISO audits.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain QMS for consistency and excellence in products/services.
- Establish Quality Objectives aligned with organizational goals and direction.
- Perform ISO Audits, Vendor Audits, and Internal Quality Audits (IQA).
- Identify gaps, conduct RCA, CAPA/FMEA, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts for product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Use tools like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Quality Management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on food safety laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks in quality control and develop mitigation strategies.
- Establish contingency plans for quality emergencies.
